Removes grease and heavy carbon deposits associated with the busy professional kitchen. Regular use increases oven efficiency and lowers the risk of odour transfer between food types. Easy rinse formulation prevents chemical tainting.

How:
Use neat. Apply to warm surface. Apply liberally covering all soiling on vertical and horizontal surfaces. Leave to dwell for 5 minutes. Agitate with a scrubber. Remove excess loose soiling with a cloth.
