Soak tanks, grease traps, oven racks and baking trays

For heavy duty cleaning

Why:
To remove heavy carbon deposits and to solubilise grease

How:
Use diluted. Grease Traps 100g per 1L of water. CIP cleaning 10g per 1L of water circulate at 65°c for 15-20mins. Soak Tank 100g per 1L of water heat to 65°c and soak between 30mins and 4 hours. Rinse all items well before use
